Charlotte Comedy Network collects the account information you provide, follows and saves, notification device tokens, event submissions, and limited diagnostics needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

We use this information to personalize your feed, deliver requested alerts, review submissions, protect the service, and diagnose reliability problems. Charlotte Comedy Network does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising. Embedded third-party services operate under their own policies, as described below.

Storage and sharing

Our hosting, authentication, analytics, crash-reporting, email, and push-notification providers process data only to provide those services. Notification tokens are disabled when a provider reports that an installation is no longer valid.

YouTube videos

We display YouTube thumbnails and use an embedded YouTube player. When YouTube content loads, Google and YouTube may collect your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or browser information, and interactions with the player. YouTube may show ads and use this information for its own service, security, analytics, and advertising purposes. This processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service. You can choose not to open videos.

Your choices

You can browse without a permanent account, turn off alerts in system settings, sign out, or permanently delete your account in the app. Contact support for access or correction requests.
